Account Suspension Policy and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
489 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately without prior notice under the following circumstances: the user breaches any provision of these Terms; the user engages in fraudulent activity or money laundering; the user provides false information during registration; or the user employs unauthorised software. Suspended accounts will not be able to access their balance until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed at the user's own request, any valid balance will be refunded upon completion of the identity verification process.
Right to Amend Terms
489 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
